Mastinell, Brut Rosé Reserva, D.O. Penedés, Cava, rosé sparkling wine, 0.75l

Mastinell Rosé Brut, from the Penedès region, is a rosé sparkling wine made from the Trepat variety. A redcurrant pink colour with rich, fine bubbles that create a very delicate foam. A very intense aroma dominated by red berries and citrus, with a hint of dried fruit and aniseed. The cava is fresh yet full, with a juicy flavour of red fruit - raspberries and cherries. A balsamic aftertaste with hints of Mediterranean herbs. The grapes are hand-picked and later fermented in stainless steel tanks, with secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle, where the wine ages for more than 18 months.  We recommend serving it at a temperature of 6-8°C paired with smoked dishes, salmon, rice, foie gras or red fruit jams.
