Argent Blanc Brut is made from the Chardonnay variety. The wine has a subtle, elegant floral scent (white flowers and fennel) and a fresh citrus hint of ripe grapefruit. Nectarine and apple are also present. The flavour is complex with a bakery aroma. All of this is underpinned by pleasant bubbles. Cava Argent Blanc Brut is made from hand-picked grapes, which come from vines more than 30 years old. The total ageing period is over 44 months and the bottles are sealed with a cork. The winery takes the environment into consideration, and the Cava can therefore be classed among organic and biodynamic wines. Food pairing Cava Argent Blanc Brut pairs wonderfully with seafood, especially oysters, cheeses, jamón and foie gras. We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C. The Gramona winery is a very old family business, whose Cava is highly regarded by experts and recognised in Spain as the Rolls Royce among Cavas.
