Grape variety: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Ageing: 15 months in French oak
Taste and aroma: Deep ruby colour with an intense aroma of dark fruit and vanilla. A complex flavour intertwined with delicate notes of toasted bread and spice from time spent in the barrel. Well-integrated tannins lead to a long finish.
Food pairing: This wine goes wonderfully with dark meat, game, cheeses and stewed dishes. We recommend decanting before serving.
