Gramona, Ca la Mar Mustillant Blanc, D.O.Penedes, white semi-sparkling wine, 0.75l

The white, dry, semi-sparkling wine Gramona Ca La Mar, coming from the D.O. Penedés wine region, is made from the Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel.lo grape varieties. The wine has a floral and fruity character with notes of daisies, green apple and lime peel. Combined with fine bubbles, the wine is very fresh and light. The grapes ferment at a low temperature. Only free-run juice from gentle pressing is used. It is during the second fermentation that the fine bubbles are created.  All three varieties come from vineyards certified by the CCPAE seal (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària i Ecològica), which guarantees that the quality and health of the grapes is achieved through entirely natural cultivation methods. The winery employs sustainable practices, including reducing the weight of their packaging, which in turn reduces its carbon footprint during transport, and using renewable energy such as solar power. All of this helps preserve a rich and diverse ecosystem that is beneficial to the environment, and therefore also to the grapes used to make the wines. Ca La Mar has 4 kinds of original label artwork that are chromatically linked to one another. We are the direct importer of this product to the Czech Republic.
