Alzania Rosé is a fresh and elegant rosé wine from the D.O. Navarra region, made from the Garnacha variety, which gives it a juicy fruity character and a pleasant lightness.
The grapes ripen in conditions of alternating warm days and cool nights, which helps preserve their natural acidity and aromatic purity.
The nose shows notes of strawberries, raspberries and redcurrant complemented by delicate floral and citrus nuances, while on the palate the wine is fresh, harmonious and lightly mineral with a clean, refreshing finish, ideal as an aperitif or with light Mediterranean dishes.

This rosé from the Alzania winery is made from the Garnacha variety, which is typical of Navarra and gives the wine a juicy fruity expression, lightness and a pleasant freshness.
Vineyard:
The vines grow in vineyards in the D.O. Navarra region, where the combination of sunny days and cool nights helps maintain the natural acidity and aromatic intensity of the grapes. The soils are mainly clay-limestone with a stony subsoil, which gives the wine a delicate structure and a hint of minerality.
Production and ageing:
After harvesting, the grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to obtain their typical pink colour, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks, thanks to which the wine retains a clean, fresh and fruity character. The wine does not undergo oak ageing, which underlines its lightness and approachability.
Taste and aroma:
The aromatics are pleasantly fresh, with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries and redcurrant, complemented by delicate floral nuances and a light citrus touch. On the palate the wine is light and juicy, with a refreshing acidity and a harmonious fruity profile that leads into a clean and fresh finish.
Food pairing:
It pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as salads, fish, seafood or Mediterranean tapas. It also works excellently as an aperitif for summer moments. Serve chilled at 6–8 °C.
