A white wine with a bright, greenish-yellow colour. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of citrus peel and acacia blossom. In the background it is mineral with woody notes. A very tasty, expressive and fresh wine, with a broad, pleasant finish in the mouth.
It pairs perfectly with smoked and grilled fish, seafood, poultry, fresh cheeses, lasagne and aubergine. We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 10 °C.
