Chivite Le Gardeta Garnacha red wine, from the Navarra region, is made from the Garnacha variety, typically showing a ruby red colour and a taste and aroma of cherries, plums, berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), tobacco and vanilla. The wine is full-bodied, beautifully harmonious and with a long finish.                        The wine ages for 10 months in French oak barrels. The oak perfectly ensures roundness and complexity in the wine. The fairly long finish is pleasantly berry-toned.   We recommend serving at a temperature of 14 - 16°C.                         Legardeta is a vineyard of 138 ha at an altitude of between 460 and 570 m. It is located in Villatuerta, 40 km south-west of Pamplona. This exceptional location at the meeting point of the Atlantic and continental climates is unique on the Iberian Peninsula. With this mild climate, the Garnacha grapes reach perfect ripeness, resulting in unique, full-bodied wines with great freshness and good ageing potential.
