A wine of beautiful purple colour. It has an intense aroma of forest fruit, redcurrant, plums and blackberries with piquant notes of black pepper and a finish with a delicate scent of balsamic. In the mouth it is delicate at first, developing into a rich and flavourful wine. Ripe tannins accompany the taste of ripe fruit with a mineral finish.
It pairs wonderfully with red meats, game and poultry. It is excellent with ham, cheeses and tuna. We recommend serving it at 16 °C.
