Chivite white wine has a medium-intense yellow colour with pale, non-greenish tones. It has an intense and complex aroma - smoky notes, toasted bread crust, citrus, flowers and nuts. In the mouth it is very elegant, soft and fresh, with perfect acidity.
It pairs perfectly with fish and fish dishes, such as paella. It is also excellent with poultry, Spanish ham, risotto or beef tartare. Serve at a temperature of 10 °C.
