Grape variety: 85% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) and 15% Garnacha. Traditional varieties for the Toro region, which together create an elegant and fresh cuvée with a balanced structure.

Origin and vineyard: The wine comes from the D.O. Toro region in the province of Valladolid, in central Spain. The vineyards are located at an altitude of between 620 and 870 metres, which ensures ideal conditions for slow ripening of the grapes and preservation of natural acidity. The grapes come from vineyards 15 to 50 years old, grown on sandy and clay soils, which contributes to the intense character of the wines.

Ageing: The wine ages for 14 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels and tanks of various ages. This process gives the wine delicate notes of wood and ensures its complexity. Fermentation takes place using native yeasts, which supports an authentic expression of the terroir.

Taste and aroma: The aroma is dominated by notes of red fruit, such as cherries and raspberries, complemented by delicate floral and balsamic nuances. On the palate the wine is balanced, with fine tannins and a creamy texture, which leads into a long and elegant finish.

Food pairing: Ideal served at a temperature of 14–18°C. It pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats, roast lamb, pulses, game and sheep's cheeses.
