Motor Callet is a red wine made from Callet grapes from young, organically certified vineyards, located in clay-loam soils containing iron oxide. After hand harvesting of grapes selected directly in the vineyard, it is fermented in vats (brick and concrete vats, which are traditional in the region). Here it ages for approximately 3 months.
