Vineyard: The vineyards from which the grapes for this wine come are located in areas with poor, stony soils rich in calcium. This particular soil structure, together with the continental climate, allows the grapes to reach optimal ripeness and balance.

Harvest and ageing: Most of the grapes are harvested at night or very early in the morning. This is because the lower temperature helps minimise oxidation of the must and preserve the fresh, fruity aroma of the grapes. After harvesting, cold maceration takes place, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on fine lees for four months, which contributes to its fullness and complexity.

Taste and aroma: The wine has a pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. The aromatic profile is intense, with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, citrus and a subtle mineral hint. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and well balanced, with a long, pleasant finish.

Food pairing: The recommended serving temperature for this wine is around 6-8°C. It goes wonderfully with dishes such as seafood, fresh cheeses, white meat and delicate charcuterie. It is an ideal choice for summer lunches or evenings with friends.
