This excellent white wine from the Gorka Izagirre winery is a light and unique wine of the Hondarrabi Zuri variety. It ages for 10 months using the sur lie method and is stirred every day, until the maximum combination of fruit, wood and yeast flavour is achieved.
This delicious wine of golden colour is characterised by a clean and intense aroma of white fruit and citrus, particularly pink grapefruit. Ageing in barrique barrels lends it a light aroma of baked bread and pastry.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 10°C. It pairs wonderfully with meat, fish or smoked cheeses.
