Production and ageing: The wine is produced as a young white without ageing in wood, with gentle treatment of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, so that it retains its blossoming aroma and fresh character.

Tasting notes: The wine has a straw-yellow colour with light greenish highlights. The nose is rich and floral with notes of rose, citrus and exotic fruit, sometimes complemented by honeyed and spicy nuances. On the palate it is fresh, silky and delicate, with good aromatic balance and a texture that leaves a pleasant, long finish.

Food pairing: Recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C. It goes wonderfully with light dishes, oriental cuisine, seafood with lime, delicately seasoned chicken or dishes with herbs and light sauces, where its aromatic richness beautifully complements the flavour nuances.
