Celler Credo, Miranius, D.O. Penedes, white wine, 0.75l

Miranius is a very lively young wine. It is made predominantly from the Mediterranean Xarello variety with a small amount of Macabeo. Miranius has a strong varietal character of Xarello with a pleasant acidity. In the vineyards they work with a very small volume of production, with great care for the ideal ripening process. The aim is to produce wines with a natural and fresh acidity. The wine may contain natural sediment. The grapes used to make Can Credo come from vineyards located in the upper part of the Alt Penedès region. The wine is grown using organic and biodynamic farming, recognised by the independent Demeter body. This type of farming uses a natural vegetation cover, which regulates water retention and drainage in cultivation. Only plant-based products are used for protection. Harvesting is done by hand, to ensure optimal grape quality.
