Carmelo Rodero Reserva is a wine that honours the tradition of a family deeply rooted in the Ribera del Duero region! This exceptional 2020 wine is made from carefully selected Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The uniqueness of this wine lies in its complexity, caused by the diverse soil in which the vineyard is located. It is made from 45-year-old vines from Pedrosa de Duero. This gives the wine a complex flavour and aroma with elegant notes.

Grape variety: 90% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Ageing: 21 months in French oak

Taste and aroma: When it comes to flavour, Carmelo Rodero Reserva offers a rich sensory experience. Visually it has an intense cherry-red colour. On the nose, ripe fruit stands out, especially cherry and blackcurrant, with subtle nuances of spice. On the palate it is sweet, dense and perfectly balanced, with fine tannins.

Food pairing: An ideal wine for those seeking an exceptional experience. It wonderfully complements dark meat, game, cheeses and stewed dishes. We recommend serving at a temperature of 12-15°C and decanting before serving.
