An excellent white wine produced by the Vetus winery in the D.O. Rueda region, made from the Verdejo variety. It is a highly aromatic wine with a pronounced hint of tropical and citrus fruit and mineral undertones. It goes wonderfully as an aperitif, or with sushi, white meat and rice dishes.

Flor de Vetus Verdejo is made from a selection of grapes from old vineyards located in the westernmost part of D.O. Rueda in the province of Segovia. The vineyard lies at an altitude of around 900 metres, which gives the wine its freshness and its main character traits.
To the eye the wine is bright yellow, light with greenish tones. It is very fresh and pleasant to drink with a long finish. It is a highly aromatic wine with a pronounced hint of tropical and citrus fruit and mineral undertones.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 7-10°C and pairing with white meat, fish, sushi or rice dishes.
