Ageing: 10 months in American and French oak barrels
Tasting notes: Dark cherry colour with purple highlights. The aroma is medium to highly intense, with predominantly fruity tones - ripe morello cherries, blackberries, and you can detect a balsamic note. The flavour is sweeter and intense, with a hint of liquorice.
Food pairing: Suitable with stewed meat, grilled vegetables, lamb and red meats.
