The white wine Bico da Ran has a beautiful straw colour with delicate green tones. On the palate it is refreshing, like biting into a ripe, juicy apple. It has fresh acidity. The aroma is intense and fruity with notes of citrus fruits, fennel and passion fruit. On the palate it is fruity and retains freshness with notes of grass and exotic fruit.
It pairs wonderfully with seafood, paella and risotto or salads. We recommend serving at a temperature of 10 to 12°C.
