Recaredo Brut Nature is a very dry natural sparkling wine with no added sugar. Sobriety, elegance, power and full character - these are the words that describe it perfectly. The highly calcareous soils and microclimate on the Serral del Vell hillside give every wine an unmistakable character. The wines brim with power, harmony and completeness. You can sense crystallised fruit combined with traces of citrus fruit.  The finest quality grapes are hand-picked and sorted, and the Xarel-lo variety is then fermented in a barrique barrel. After blending, the wine ages for 80 months in the bottle. Recaredo's cavas are made exclusively from grapes from their own vineyards, located on the banks of the Bitlles river, in the Alt Penedès region near Barcelona. The winery follows biodynamic farming, which involves using only organic fertilisers and principles of ethical treatment of livestock, environmental protection and biodiversity conservation. We recommend serving the Brut Nature at around 10°C and opening the bottle a few minutes before serving. It is excellent with fish and seafood, risotto, grilled chicken or smoked foods.
