A delicious sparkling wine that has been praised by numerous sommeliers. Wine experts Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve rank it among the 100 best wines in the world, and Robert Parker awarded it 96 points. Production of this wine is very limited and each bottle is marked with its own unique number. It boasts fine bubbles that develop slowly. The taste surprises with a wonderful flavour of ripe fruit with buttery, smoky tones.
Grape variety: Macabeo 45%, Xarel·lo 20% and Parellada 35%
Alcohol content: 11.5%
Serve between 7-8°C. Suitable as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with starters and canapés, fish, rice dishes, caviar and pâtés.
