The Recaredo winery's cavas are made exclusively from grapes from its own vineyards, located on the banks of the Bitlles river, in the Alt Penedès region near Barcelona. The vines grow in highly calcareous soils. It is said that the very best of the Mediterranean is concentrated in the bottle. The wine ages for 6.5 years in the bottle. The Recaredo winery is subject to biodynamic farming, which involves using only organic fertilisers and principles of an ethical approach towards farmed animals, environmental protection and the maintenance of biodiversity. We recommend decanting before serving.
