An outstanding sparkling wine of golden colour with fine bubbles that develop slowly. It is characterised by an elegant aroma with delicate notes of fruit and vanilla. A pleasant evolution with a creamy foam and a flavour of baked vanilla. A very long and intense finish containing the whole of its aroma and taste.
The wine is grown on very old vineyards, and hand-picking and selecting the best grapes is a given. Ageing takes place in the bottle for 5 years - each bottle carries the date of disgorgement, when the ageing process ended.
Grape variety: Macabeu 45%, Xarel·lo 25%, Parellada 30%
Serve at a temperature of 7-8°C, we recommend serving with caviar, smoked dishes, fish, meats in sauce, game, foie gras and mature cheeses.
