Tradition and modernity. That is how we could describe this excellent sparkling wine. It is made from the Macabeo variety, which is divided into three parts and processed in different ways. Approximately 40% of the wine is made in barrique barrels of French oak, where the wine also ages for about 8 months. Another part is fermented in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 1 month at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The last part is an early harvest, which is used to balance the flavours during blending. After blending, the wine is stored in underground cellars, where it ages for a further 30 months in bottles, during which a second fermentation also takes place, turning it into a sparkling wine.  This cava is characterised by a yellow colour with a green hue, wonderfully fine bubbles and an intense aroma with the fruity flavour of ripe green apple, complemented by a subtle hint of spice. On the palate it leaves an unforgettable impression of a dry wine with a dense, creamy foam. Production of this sparkling wine is limited and each bottle is marked with its own original number.  Grape variety: 100% Macabeo Alcohol content: 11.5% Serve at a temperature between 6-7°C.
