Viñedos Ponce, Buena Pinta, D.O.Manchuela, red wine, 0.75l

Buena Pinta is a red wine from D.O. Manchuela, created by blending two traditional local varieties. The grapes were first vinified separately and then blended, after which they aged 7 months in 600-litre barrels, which gives the wine a harmonious structure and delicate woody nuances.

Grape variety: 90% Moravia Agria, which brings fresh acidity and a clean fruity profile, and 10% Garnacha Tinta, which enriches the wine with fruity notes and a delicate texture.

Vineyard: The grapes come from small family vineyards in the village of Villanueva de la Jara, planted on clay soils with a limestone base at an altitude of 600–700 m above sea level. The continental climate, with hot days, cold nights and low humidity, supports slowly ripening grapes with intense aroma and perfect colouring.

Tasting notes: The wine has a clear ruby colour, and the aroma offers a combination of red fruit, delicate spice and herbal notes. On the palate it is fresh, light and well structured, with a harmonious finish that highlights the terroir and character of the varieties.

Food pairing: It pairs wonderfully with fish, pasta, rice dishes or lighter meats, where its fresh acidity and fruity profile complement the food without overpowering its delicate character.

Awards: The wine received 93 points from Robert Parker, confirming its quality and distinctive character among the red wines of the La Manchuela region.
