Baluarte is a new range of wines that Gran Feudo produces in various regions, not only in Navarra. A range of fresh wines where the grape varieties take centre stage, designed to attract a younger audience.
Baluarte Rosado is a rosé wine made from the Grenache variety. After traditional vinification and a short skin maceration it ferments in stainless steel tanks.
The wine has a lighter pink colour, with a beautifully fruity-floral aroma. The flavour is pronounced, fresh and full of fruit with a touch of herbs in the background.
We recommend serving it as an aperitif, with poultry, rice dishes and grilled vegetables.
