Celler Bellaserra Superbloom Rosé is a fresh Catalan rosé wine from the Catalunya region, made predominantly from the Garnacha variety, whose grapes come from carefully tended vineyards on stony and clay soils of the historic Masía Can Planes estate.
After a hand harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the wine's fruity expressiveness, clean profile and light structure.
The nose is dominated by fresh notes of red fruit, such as strawberries and raspberries, complemented by floral nuances, while on the palate the wine is fresh, fruity and very easy to drink, with a balanced acidity that makes it ideal for warm days. It pairs beautifully with fish dishes, salads, light tapas or seafood, and is best served at 7-10 °C.

Vineyard:
The vineyards of the Celler Bellaserra winery are part of the historic Masía Can Planes estate in the Catalunya region, in the province of Barcelona, where traditional Catalan soils and a Mediterranean climate with warm days and cooler nights support even ripening of the grapes and the preservation of freshness and aromatic purity. The vineyards are planted on varied soils that combine stones and clay components, which, together with microclimatic influences, allow varieties such as Malvasia, Muscat, Picapoll, Garnacha and Merlot to develop their full aromatic potential and a balanced acidity.
Production and ageing:
The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed with a short skin contact, to obtain a light pink juice. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the fresh fruity aromas and clean profile of the wine. Given the style of the wine it does not undergo long ageing in wood and is briefly stabilised before bottling, to preserve its freshness and lightness.
Aroma and taste:
The nose is dominated by fresh notes of red fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries and cherries, complemented by delicate herbal and fresh floral nuances. On the palate the wine is fruity, fresh and well balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a lively, drinkable structure, ideal for warm days.
Food pairing:
Thanks to its freshness and fruity character it pairs excellently with olives, tempura, light tapas, salads, seafood, fish or ham, but also as an aperitif or accompaniment to lighter meals. The recommended serving temperature is 7-10 °C, which brings out the wine's fruity aroma and freshness.
