Gramona Gran Cuvee de Postre is made from the Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada varieties. The cava has a deep and intense aroma, thousands of different floral tones and a fruity aroma (fruit compote, quince, dried apricots). In the background a hint of liquorice and flowers lingers. Very pronounced is the aroma of fresh bread, which blends with the scent of sherry. Deliciously sweet, very smooth, full-bodied, and all underpinned by a creamy mousse. A pleasant and pronounced sweet finish. The wine ages for 30 months, allowing lovers of sweet wine to enjoy its delicacy and sweetness without losing elegance. This makes it the oldest sweet sparkling wine on the market.  Pairing  This sparkling wine is ideal with excellent desserts and is the only sweet sparkling wine of this quality.  We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C. The Gramona winery is a very old family business, whose Cava is highly regarded by experts and recognised in Spain as the Rolls Royce among Cavas. It also takes the environment into consideration, and the Cava can therefore be classed among organic and biodynamic wines.
