The ageing process takes place over 18 to 24 months.   The colour is a light lemon yellow with green hues. Fine and well-integrated bubbles.  Aromas of green apple, citrus hints and roasted nuts.  The taste is round, easy-drinking, friendly, tasty, crisp, creamy and very fresh, with an aroma of citrus fruit. With a complex, long and smooth finish.
