In 1980, following a trip to France, the third generation of the winery planted some experimental vineyards in the very calcareous soils of the Fuente-Álamo area.
This name, "El Tiempo que nos Une", beautifully captures the idea that time - both in the winemaking process and in moments shared with friends and family - brings us together and creates unforgettable experiences.

Grape variety: mainly the Monastrell variety. In some cases the wine may also be blended with other varieties, such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah, which adds complexity and depth to the wine.

Vineyard: The grapes come from vines approximately 70 years old, grown on calcareous soils at altitudes between 850 and 900 metres above sea level in the village of Fuente-Álamo. All the wines come from calcareous soils, which provide pronounced salinity and a refreshing sensation in the mouth despite harvesting at high ripeness. These are vineyards closer to warmer areas, and therefore have a fruitier component.

Taste and aroma: In the glass the wine has a beautiful ruby colour. On the nose you will find aromas of ripe red and black fruit, accompanied by delicate spicy and woody notes. In the mouth the wine is full, with balanced tannins and fruity notes, blending with delicate notes of vanilla and wood. It has a long and smooth finish.

Food pairing: ideal to pair with richer dishes, such as roast meat, game, or mature cheeses.
