This fantastic vinegar from the DO Montilla-Moriles region, made from the Pedro Ximénez variety, is the greatest treasure of the Toro Albalá winery. Its creator is the winemaker Antonio Sánchez, with unbelievable patience. The finest vinegars age for a long 25 and 50 years in Castilian oak barrels. The new packaging seeks to express the simplicity of the entire production process, while at the same time reflecting its magnificent result. The vinegar is bottled in flasks with an alchemical look, referencing the winemaker's usual workplace - the laboratory. The paper packaging, reminiscent of origami, allows for safe transport while still looking sufficiently representative. It is meant to recall a blooming carnation from the city of Córdoba.
