This first-class balsamic vinegar is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, which undergo a slow ageing process in American oak barrels (the vinegar ages for approximately 5 years). It has a balanced flavour, a mahogany colour and an aroma of raisins, caramel and oak wood. Thanks to its excellent flavour it makes any salad special. It is also suitable for sweet dishes, and pairs wonderfully with seafood, fruit and fruit sorbets.
