Carefully selected delicacies from all parts of Spain such as foie gras, truffles and various truffle specialties, several kinds of pickled and dried mushrooms, sauces, pesto or salsa are complemented by traditional products like olives, canned vegetables and seafood. Seafood is delivered by family businesses from Galicia, Backice and Cantabria. Outstanding are especially mussels, sprigs, anchovies, sardines, tuna, mackerel, lobster and caviar. Vegetables from Navarra are among the most sought after. Fantastic are white asparagus, piquillo peppers or pickled artichokes.

Sweet are popular traditional turrets in Spain. The highest quality is found among the products of Pablo Garrigós, which uses the high quality almond marcona from which it produces most of the products. Delicatesse are also fresh figs in Belgian chocolate.
