The Jamon ibérico Bellota, also referred to as the heel of the negra, is unique in the world. It has an incredibly delicious taste and a high proportion of healthy, unsaturated fats. While in a classic ham ham squeezed on the edges, a slice of Iberian ham is literally intertwined with veins of fat, causing it to melt on the floor.
