Cava vinegar from one of the most prestigious sparkling wine producers in Spain, Augustí Torelló Mata. Sparkling wine, which matured for 12-16 months and where fruit flavor predominates most, is used to produce. The wine is oxidized at 25 ° C for 5 to 8 days to remove carbon dioxide and create optimal conditions for the conversion of alcohol to vinegar. Subsequently, vinegar is poured into barricade drums and matures for 2 years.

Thanks to this long and gentle process, an unforgettable balsamic vinegar produces a very intense fruity aroma and an excellent taste. It is suitable for seafood, various meats, carpaccio, oriental cuisine and desserts - is excellent with vanilla ice cream!
