Sugo and pesto

Sugo - tomato sauce is one of the cornerstones of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Pizza, pasta or even baked aubergines are just a few examples of how to use this red gold.
Pesto is a concentrate of flavour in a small jar, only the best ingredients to add a new dimension to other dishes. You can use them to flavour salads, pasta, with meat, in salads, for starters... the possibilities are simply endless.
