Spicy chorizo ibérico sarta from the Blázquez brand is a traditional Spanish dried sausage made from quality Iberian pig meat, standing out for its mild, well-balanced heat.
Thanks to the use of carefully selected ingredients such as paprika, salt and a blend of spices, and subsequent gradual drying, the chorizo acquires a characteristic aroma, full flavour and an ideal texture.

The "sarta" shape (the typical horseshoe shape) reflects the traditional method of production and allows for comfortable slicing and serving. It is ideal as tapas with wine, part of a cold platter, or as a flavour-packed addition to hot dishes. For the best flavour, we recommend serving at room temperature, when its aroma fully develops.
