Manzanilla is one of the best-known Spanish varieties. It is known above all for its delicate texture and bright green colour with golden hues. This time we bring it to you pitted and preserved in a delicious, well-balanced salty brine. Aceitunas Losada is a Spanish family company that has been growing and selling olives since 1961. Their olive groves cover an area of 12,500 square kilometres in the beautiful region of Carmona near Seville. Until 2009, the entire production was intended solely for the Spanish market, but in recent years they have exported worldwide. Because they grow the olives themselves, they know the product and the whole production process intimately and understand exactly what it needs. The company insists on traditional hand-picking, and each fruit is checked several times from ripening onward. Thanks to this, you get a product of first-class quality.
