This cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil is the best you can treat yourself to. It has been awarded countless gold medals at competitions around the world. This oil is well worth trying - you will certainly fall in love with it. It is made from the Hojiblanca variety and has a very intense aroma of freshly harvested olives, which is at the same time perfectly balanced. In the background you can detect green apple, cut grass, mint and thyme. On the palate it is slightly sweet at first, but a flavour of young almonds later develops - lightly bitter and gently pungent.
