The aroma is full of freshness, thanks to fruity notes of ripe green olives, banana peel, almonds and tomatoes, on a sweet and pleasant base. The flavour unfolds in two phases that will leave no one indifferent. It starts complex and sweet, with almost no bitterness,  and finishes with a fresh aroma dominated by fruit and olive leaf as a final touch. It goes wonderfully with fish, salads and dairy products.
