Gramona, Imperial Brut, D.O.Penedés, Cava, white sparkling wine, 1.5l

Gramona Imperial Brut is made from the Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay and Parellada varieties. The cava has a full aroma, fresh with notes of grapes, apple and peaches. A great balance between tones of freshly baked bread and delicate scents of citrus peel. The flavour has a broad spectrum of fruity tones, with anise and fennel also present.  Gramona Imperial Brut is made from hand-picked grapes, which come from vines more than 30 years old. The total ageing period is over 60 months and the bottles are sealed with a cork. The winery takes the environment into consideration, and the Cava can therefore be classed among organic and biodynamic wines. Food pairing Gramona Imperial Brut is very versatile and will be wonderful both as an aperitif and as a digestif. We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C. The Gramona winery is a very old family business, whose Cava is highly regarded by experts and recognised in Spain as the Rolls Royce among Cavas.
