These excellent navajas come from the Rías Baixas region, known for its outstanding quality of seafood and wines. After careful selection of the clams, thorough rinsing and steam cleaning, they are packed by hand into the tin one by one.
They have a meaty texture and, thanks to their delicious flavour, are ideal as a starter. Especially when drizzled with lemon and paired with white wine, they create a firework of flavours. They also make an original addition to salads, pasta, fish or rice.
