Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of Basque confectioners of the Gorrotxategi family. He has been a pastry chef since childhood, gradually gaining experience in many practices and courses in Germany, France and Spain itself, where he has worked with the most famous chefs to date: Arzak, Berrasategui, Atxa, Subijana.
