LoRUSSo bitter orange jam is a handmade preserve made from 65% bitter Andalusian oranges (Seville oranges), prepared using cane sugar. It contains 30% less sugar than ordinary jams on the market.
In 2023 it received a gold medal at The World's Original Marmalade Awards.
Its pronounced, sweet-bitter flavour is ideal on bread, in yoghurt, desserts or as an ingredient in sweet-and-sour dressings for salads, vinaigrettes and marinades. Its bittersweet flavour also combines well with vanilla and ginger.
Ingredients: bitter orange, cane sugar, agar-agar (Agar-agar is a natural gelling substance obtained from red seaweed)
The product is 100% organic, free from preservatives, artificial colourings, gluten and GMOs, and is suitable for vegans.
