It is produced in small batches in a small artisan factory in Andalusia, Spain, using renewable energy sources. Each jar is hand-printed and labelled, guaranteeing a high level of craftsmanship and care.
We recommend pairing it with mature, semi-mature and fresh cheeses; it can also be served with rice, quinoa and buckwheat, and goes well with liquorice, cardamom, mint, parsley, coriander and cinnamon, or with vanilla ice cream.
