Strawberry jam, Las Doňas, 285g
A delicious strawberry jam made from strawberries from the Spanish region of Huelva (located in the western part of the autonomous community of Andalusia), flavoured with sweet apples and lemon. A jam with a high fruit content and a full, naturally sweet flavour. It has a smooth texture, a pronounced aroma and a beautiful ruby-red colour.
Great on bread, in yoghurt, pancakes and desserts.

Strawberry jam is a popular classic that goes great on toast, croissants, in yoghurt, curd cheese or porridge. You can also use it as a filling for cakes, linzer biscuits, pancakes or gateaux. It pairs wonderfully with creamy and fresh cheeses, and can even be a surprising sweet accompaniment to foie gras.
Ingredients: 66% strawberries, cane sugar, lemon juice, agar-agar (Agar-agar is a natural gelling substance obtained from red seaweed)
These jams are made from seasonal-quality fruit. The strawberry season in Spain is fairly long, running from the end of January until the first summer heat, which means this fresh ingredient is available for almost half the year.
