Los Peperetes/Bonito del norte in olive oil, 120g

This white tuna (Bonito del Norte) is caught in the optimal season in the Bay of Biscay, when its meat is at its most delicate and has the ideal fat content, and is then hand-processed according to traditional methods.

The base is firm, juicy tuna meat, packed in quality olive oil. The oil brings out its natural flavour, adds delicacy and preserves juiciness without overpowering the character of the fish. The result is a clean, full and harmonious flavour with the typical delicate profile of Bonito del Norte.
