Gold Series Parqueoliva is an extra virgin olive oil made from the Hojiblanca (80%) and Picuda (20%) varieties from old olive groves. The oil has a golden-yellow colour and an aroma reminiscent of fresh fruit.
This oil shows a high intensity of fruit with plenty of green aromas such as green apples and green bananas, and notes reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Elements of vegetables can also be detected, such as tomato and artichoke, freshly cut herbs and green almonds. On the palate it is very gentle at first, and gradually a light bitterness appears, which slowly turns into pungency.
Its flavour is highly fruity, bitter to medium pungent. It pairs wonderfully with salads, pasta and fish.
