The aroma is concentrated and layered, with dominant notes of ripe cherries, plums and forest fruit, complemented by subtle hints of spice, vanilla and toasted wood – nuances gained during 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels.

Grape variety: This wine is made from 100% Tempranillo, characterised by fullness, a velvety texture and a pronounced fruity character. The grapes come from 20-year-old vineyards, giving the wine elegance and a complex flavour profile.

Ageing: After fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in 225-litre French oak barrels. This process lends it subtle notes of vanilla, spice and light toastiness, which harmoniously complement its fruity character.

Vineyard: The grapes come from a selection of 20-year-old vineyards located in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Careful selection and an emphasis on sustainable winemaking practices yield a wine with authentic terroir and a unique depth of flavour.
