Celler Bellaserra Superbloom Orange 2022 is a unique orange wine from Catalonia, made from the white grape varieties Malvasia and Muscat Blanc. The wine has a deep amber hue and offers rich notes of dried fruit, apricots and peaches on the palate, complemented by subtle floral and spicy nuances, with a pleasant texture and a slightly piquant finish.
Thanks to its freshness and aromatic complexity it works wonderfully as an aperitif or with lighter dishes, and is best served at 8–10°C, which brings out its fruitiness and delicate structure.

Superbloom Orange is an orange wine made mainly from the white grape varieties Malvasia and Muscat Blanc, which give it aromatic richness, freshness and the characteristic texture of skin-contact wines.
Vineyard:
The grapes come from the vineyards of the Celler Bellaserra winery in Catalonia, where a Mediterranean climate with warm days and cooler nights helps preserve freshness, aromatic purity and acid balance. The soil is stony with clay components, which contributes to the wine's mineral character. The vineyards are carefully maintained and the varieties are processed with the utmost respect for terroir.
Production and ageing:
The grapes are hand-harvested and then undergo extended maceration on the skins, lasting several days to weeks depending on the vintage, which allows the wine to develop its characteristic amber hue and full texture. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, with the wine remaining in contact with the lees, which adds complexity, gentle tannin and pronounced aromatic layers. After fermentation and brief stabilisation, the wine is bottled without ageing in oak, to preserve its freshness, fruity expressiveness and lively structure.
